![]() I am posting this response directly on behalf of the owner, Jason Yarema. But if you go too fast on a curve you can definitely spin out! There's food and drink available in the entrance room. The cars are low to the ground and handle really well, and go pretty fast up to 40-45 miles per hour. So you see who went faster and what place you came in, and who won the race. The number of laps are recorded on a screen for each racer to see when you exit the pits, after racing against friends. Prices are very reasonable for everything here and when you race, your goal is to try to do as many laps as possible within a certain time period. ![]() You're given instructions and a head sock then you go to the pit area and pick your helmet and a car. We did the G-Force carts which you race on in an indoor 1/4 mile curving track in this big warehouse. At the same time, we have the right to run our business and make it work for the 500 other people, all of which enjoyed an amazing time Saturday.Went to G-Force Karts with family and friends at night and it was great! You first put in your information and sign the waiver on the computers they have set up when you come in, and then pay for the events you want to do such as, race karts, laser tag, archery tag or paintball fighting. Of course, you have the right to demand what you want and spend your money as you wish. While I do feel we tried to accommodate you, I also feel you were being unreasonable and had unrealistic expectations given the number of customers at our location this past weekend. Overall we had over 500 people come out and have an amazing time on Saturday. In doing so, this would ruin their experience and upset the other parents. ![]() Unfortunately, we cannot drop you into a heat with other children, given that their parents were not expecting another adult in the heat. But some busy days it is just not possible.Īfter I checked back on your group a second time (when your son was racing to see how his experience was going), you were flippant and unhappy that I couldn’t put you in the race with them because it wasn’t full and there was room for you. We can try to accommodate as many family heat requests as possible. So please understand if we cannot run them on those days. Saturdays and Sundays are very difficult days to run family heats. If we are not busy we can try to fit you in on other days. Tuesdays through Thursdays are Family Nights. Q: Can I race with my child who will be in a Junior Kart?Ī: Yes. Just to be sure we are on the same page, here is the FAQ quote on our website in which we outline our policy for running a family heat on our busiest day(s) and times: I can not apologize for prioritizing the other 50 paying customers who were in front of you. I also explained how we run the races during very busy times and that we do reserve this right, which we outline on our website. I explained I could run a family heat but it would be probably 1.5 hours wait to make that work, based on our demand. In this case, when you walked in we already had 8 heats previously scheduled. On a slower day of the week, we would have gone far and beyond to make this work for you, as you can see from our other outstanding reviews. We have a large number of customers excited and waited to race, and thereby we are looking to maximize the customer experience. The reason is that family races/heats take a longer time to seat and get out on the track. However,we often limit family races when we are this busy on a Saturday. We always strive to fit in racing as best we can. I spoke directly to you to explain how we run on Saturdays, which is a very busy day for us. We are disappointed to see your review, but felt it important to explain what happened here, since you felt it important to leave us a 1 star review.Īs the owner of the business I personally interacted with you.
